Very good depiction of the boys relationship and how they face such dangerous situations together. Their trust and concern for one another shines through. I could almost feel how chilled to the bone and desperate they were and loved their banter at the end when they were warm and safe. Great story thank you.

That was excellent. The danger and tense situation were really well written and the characterisation was spot on :) Thank you for sharing.

Full of suspense. You have a way of making the reader feel like they are there with them. I could visualize the whole thing like I was there myself. Excellent.

I loved this! All the good points that make Heyes/Curry such a formidable pair are highlighted here. And this story was engaging from beginning to end. Breathtaking, in fact! Nicely written. Good to see you back at that keyboard!

Oh my gosh! I found myself holding my breath! This was great. It really moved well and true. I had gotten caught just like the Kid in 1990. You don't ever forget something like that. I felt panicked for him. Again very true to the characters and their special bond. I loved this story.

Very gripping! I could visualize everything and felt like I was there with them. Glad they made it out in one piece. Heyes' book reading came in handy in giving them a town to head for.  Loved it!
